This is our updated policy. Some of you will have the last policy attached to your confirmation email when you booked, but this is policy has been updated and is current from September 2019. We just want to give everyone the best dates, times and cosmetic tattoos possible! But to do so, we need more notice of any changes/cancellations you may need to make.
If you fail to regard your suitability for the treatment, a cancellation policy will be enforced in all cases. Including pregnancy or medications.
+ NO cancellations are allowed unless approved by Lauren due to unforeseen circumstances. Your deposit is non-refundable, and will require another deposit to rebook.
+ NO changes to your appointment day/time are allowed within 3 weeks of your booked appointment, as we cannot fill your spot in this timeframe. If you MUST change your appointment within 3 weeks, another deposit will be required.
+ No Shows will result in your deposit payment being void, and will require another deposit to rebook.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to turn you away due to insufficient time. Your deposit payment will in all cases be void, and will require another deposit to rebook.
The following rate applies to cancellations of appointments with NO deposits: $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made via text reply or phone call.
